I personally luv roasted cherries tomatoes for breakfast on a side with some scrambled egg, cooked with extra virgin olive oil--healthy &#038; hearty breakfast in a minute :D

Wow Michel, you really ARE taking a good care of your health. Now I know the secret to your glowing skin, hehe :D

		<description>i often drink a mixed juice of guava and tomato plus another extra glass of celery juice but i never knew guava has 17% more lycopene than tomato.  is that true that to ensure lycopene absorbed by our body, you should eat 'good fat' together with your tomato otherwise d lycopene will only pass by the system and not absorbed.</description>
